About IRONPOINT

OPERATORS FIRST.
ENGINEERS ALWAYS.

Iron Point Technologies, Inc. is a Delaware technology company with operations across the United States and Canada. We started with a simple frustration: protective gear that's too heavy to wear, too obvious to carry, or too vague about what it actually stops.

TESTED BEFORE CLAIMED

Every protection rating we publish comes from an independent lab report you can ask to see.

WEIGHT IS A THREAT TOO

Gear left behind protects no one. Lighter kit is kit that gets worn.

BUILT FOR THE USER

We design with the officer, the operator and the commuter in the room not just the spec sheet.

Iron Point Technologies - Terms of Sale

About these termsEffective date: September 28, 2026These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from Iron Point Technologies, Inc. ("Iron Point," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation. They cover online orders placed through our website and orders placed with us directly, including quotes, purchase orders and bulk supply orders.By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to buy and own the products you order where you live and where they are delivered.
• Ballistic and protective products: laws on who may own body armor differ by state and province. By ordering, you confirm you are legally eligible to own the products you buy where they are delivered. We ship only to locations where the buyer may own the product.
• Professional-grade products: armor plates, ballistic shields, agency film kits and counter-drone response systems are supplied to customers we have verified as eligible, such as law enforcement, military, government, security and business customers. We may ask for agency credentials, a purchase order, government-issued ID or an end-use statement before accepting an order.
• Your responsibility: you agree to follow all laws that apply to owning, using, transporting and reselling our products.
We may refuse or cancel any order if we cannot confirm eligibility, or if we believe a sale would break the law or these terms.
Orders and quotes
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing or ship it. A payment receipt alone does not mean your order has been accepted, and we will refund you in full if we cannot accept it.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless the quote says otherwise. Prices for steel, graphene and other materials can change quickly, so quotes after that date may be revised.
• Agency and business purchase orders are accepted under these terms. Any different or additional terms printed on a purchase order do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
• Errors: if a product is listed at the wrong price or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after we have confirmed it.
• Custom and special orders, such as film cut to size, configured shields or sourced drones and materials, cannot be cancelled once we have started work on them or placed an order with our supplier.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless your quote or the checkout page says otherwise. Applicable sales tax, GST/HST and shipping charges are added at checkout or shown on your quote.
• Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Quoted and bulk orders may require a deposit before we place orders with our suppliers, with the balance due before shipping, as set out in your quote.
• Government agencies and approved business accounts may be offered payment by invoice on net terms, subject to our approval.
We may hold an order until payment has cleared. Late invoice payments may result in paused shipments on open orders.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada using UPS, DHL and USPS. Delivery times shown at checkout or in your quote are estimates, not guarantees.
• Eligible destinations: we ship ballistic and professional-grade products only to locations where the buyer may legally own them, and some products ship only to verified agency or business addresses.
• Cross-border orders: orders shipped between the U.S. and Canada may be charged import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These are your responsibility unless your quote says otherwise.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
• Signature on delivery may be required for ballistic and high-value products.
Returns and refunds
What can be returned depends on the product. For safety reasons, ballistic protection that has been removed, altered or may have been damaged cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty and protection ratings
We warrant that products will match their description and be free from defects in materials and workmanship when delivered. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty applies, and we will help you make a claim.
• Protection ratings apply only to the specific configuration that was independently tested, used as intended and within its stated service life. No body armor, shield or film makes you invulnerable, and ratings do not guarantee protection against every threat or injury.
• Security film strengthens glass against impact and forced entry. On its own it is not bullet-resistant glazing.
• Care and service life: follow the care, storage and replacement instructions supplied with each product. Protective performance can be reduced by damage, impacts, wear, age or improper storage, and any product that has taken an impact must be replaced.
The warranty does not cover misuse, modification, improper installation, normal wear, or damage from accidents or impacts.
To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Iron Point is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from the sale or use of our products.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Trade compliance and product use
Some of our products are covered by U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR) and by Canada's Export and Import Permits Act. We supply customers in the United States and Canada, and products stay within these countries unless the required government authorization is in place. We may ask for an end-use statement before shipping.
• Counter-drone response systems are supplied only to government and military agencies legally authorized to operate them.
• Counter-drone detection systems must be used in line with applicable privacy and communications laws.
• Drones and unmanned vehicles: you are responsible for registration, pilot certification and operating rules, including FAA and Transport Canada requirements.
• Resale: if you resell our protective or professional-grade products, you are responsible for confirming your customers' eligibility and meeting all resale requirements.
Governing law and other terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the consumer laws of the state or province where you live.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, either side may pursue it in the courts that have jurisdiction.
• Delays beyond our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier shortages, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, labour disputes or changes in law.
• Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Contact us
For order questions, returns or warranty claims, contact us through the form on our website and include your order or quote number.
For complaints or disputes, use the same form and enter COMPLAINT in the subject field so your message reaches the right person directly.

Iron Point Technologies - Compliance

Our commitmentEffective date: September 28, 2026Iron Point Technologies, Inc. sells regulated products only to buyers who are legally entitled to own them, and we verify eligibility before we ship. Many of our products — body armor, ballistic shields, counter-UAS systems and some drone platforms — are controlled by law in the United States and Canada, and we treat those rules as part of the product.
This page explains the standards we hold ourselves to and what we ask of our customers. It works alongside our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.
Protection ratings and testing
We publish a protection rating only after the product has passed testing at an independent, accredited ballistic laboratory. If a product has not passed, we do not print a rating on it.
• Body armor and plates are rated against the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Standard 0101.07, the current U.S. benchmark for ballistic resistance. Ratings apply only to the exact configuration tested.
• Ballistic shields are rated against the threat level stated for each model, using the same independent-testing rule.
• Lab reports for rated products are available to agency and business buyers on request.
• Security film strengthens glass against impact, smash-and-grab and forced entry. It is not bullet-resistant glazing, and we never market it as such.
Body armor sales rules
Who may buy body armor depends on where the buyer lives, and we follow the rules of the delivery location. Every buyer must be at least 18.
• United States: federal and state laws set out who may own body armor, and some states limit sales to certain professions. Buyers confirm they are legally eligible, and we ship only where the buyer may own the product.
• Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Nova Scotia require a permit to own body armor, with exemptions for certain professions. Buyers in those provinces provide a valid permit or exemption before we ship.
• Professional-grade items such as rifle-rated plates and ballistic shields are supplied to verified law enforcement, military, government, security and business customers.
These laws change. We review them regularly and update our shipping rules when they do.
Buyer verification
Restricted orders go through verification before they ship, and most are cleared within a few business days once we have the documents.
1. You place an order or request a quote.
2. We tell you which documents we need for your products and location.
3. We review the documents to confirm eligibility, including standard government screening checks.
4. Once approved, we ship to the verified agency, business or residential address only.
5. We keep verification records for as long as the law requires, protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the product, we may ask for:
• agency or department credentials, or a purchase order on official letterhead;
• government-issued photo ID;
• a provincial body armor permit or proof of exemption;
• an end-use or end-user certificate for export-controlled items; and
• business registration details for resellers and manufacturers.
We may decline any order we cannot verify.
Trade compliance
We supply customers in the United States and Canada and follow the trade regulations of both countries.
• Some products are covered by U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR) or by Canada's Export and Import Permits Act.
• For these products, we complete standard government screening checks and may ask for an end-use statement.
• Products stay within the United States and Canada unless the required government authorization is in place.
Drones and counter-drone systems
Counter-drone systems that actively respond to a drone are supplied only to government and military agencies legally authorized to operate them.
• Response systems: authorized government and military agencies only, with written confirmation of authority before we quote.
• Detection systems (radio-frequency sensors, radar, cameras and acoustic sensors): available to agencies, facilities and businesses, for use in line with privacy and communications laws.
• Drones and unmanned vehicles: customers are responsible for registration, pilot certification and operating rules, including FAA and Transport Canada requirements. For U.S. government buyers, we can source platforms that meet federal procurement requirements.
Material quality and traceability
Every bulk material order ships with documentation that shows what it is and where it came from.
• Steel: mill test certificates stating grade, chemistry and mechanical properties, with heat or lot numbers.
• Graphene: supplier data sheets and certificates of analysis for each lot, covering properties such as particle size, layer count and purity where the supplier provides them.
• Traceability: we record lot numbers against each order so any material can be traced back to its source.
• Supplier vetting: we source from established, vetted suppliers.
Ethics in government sales
We earn agency business on product quality and price alone, and we follow anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Canada's Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act.
• We follow each agency's procurement and gift rules.
• We disclose any conflict of interest that could affect a sale.
• We do not hire intermediaries or agents to deal with government buyers on our behalf without checking their background first.
Reporting a concern
If you believe one of our products has been sold or used in a way that doesn't follow the law, or you have any other compliance concern, contact us through the form on our website and enter COMPLAINT in the subject field. Every report is reviewed, and we do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
